The Division 4/5 playoff is between Eldon 3 (3rd-bottom in Division 4) and challengers Tynemouth Social (3rd-top in Division 5), to be played at Northern on Tuesday 25th April (7pm). The winning team will play in Division 4 and the losing team will play in Division 5 next season. Scoring is PAR15 (first to 15).
