' Author:   Administrator Notes   Notes: On the original date (8th March), the courts were unplayable from the start due to lack of heating, so rule 6.10 (becoming unplayable) does not apply. Under rule 3.4, 'exceptional circumstances' apply allowing the fixture to be postponed and replayed in full at a later date (11/04/23 agreed).
