Please note that all four Sunderland teams have brought forward their start times at Ashbrooke from 7:30pm to 7pm, to allow enough time for after-match food / drinks before the club closes at 10pm as an energy-saving measure.

Also Hexham 1 have brought forward their home start times from 7:15pm to 7pm (but Hexham 2 and 3 start times remain unchanged at 7:15pm).
