The Ladies' League is now complete, and here are the highlights:

Premier Division

Congratulations to Northern 1 who finished champions for the first time since 2012, by the narrowest of margins in a dramatic conclusion which saw Northern 1 losing their final match to Northumberland 1, and Tynemouth 1 defeating Northumberland 1 but gaining only 15 points, one short of the total they needed to hold on to the title. Meanwhile Primrose secured the last Northumbria Cup semi-final place, with Northern 2 finishing bottom despite a great last-match win over Northumberland 1.

Division 1

Northumbria University won the title by 30 points. Tynemouth 2 conceded to Northern 3 who finished second. Hexham found it tough in Division 1 without a win. The final match between the University and Tynemouth ended 3-2 to the University in what was likely to be a dress rehearsal for the Ladies League Cup final on 21st April.

Division 2

Northumberland 2 clinched the title with a comfortable win over their nearest challengers Eldon Leisure. Concordia turned the tables on Tynemouth 3 to finish above them in third place.
