Then the University hit back with wins by Molly Tweddle at 2 over Dawn Ward (3-0) and in an epic finale, Megan Kaye overcame Amy Rowell at 1, winning 15-13 in the 5th. So in the end it was a narrow 3-2 win for Tynemouth, who now play Northern 1B in Saturday's final. |
