The Northumberland Club will once again play host to the Cup Finals and End-of-Season League Presentations on Saturday 9th May.

Remarkably Northern, who already hold three of the five cups are competing in every one of the cup finals - could it be a clean sweep this year? They will face a strong challenge from the University in the two Northumbria Cup finals and from Newbiggin in the Men's League Cup finals, whilst Primrose will try once again to capture the Ladies' League Cup.

The action starts at 1pm with the Ladies' League Cup Final between Primrose Ladies and Northern Ladies 2.

This is followed at 2:45pm by the Men's League Cup A Final between Newbiggin 1 and Northern 2 and the Men's League Cup B FInal between Newbiggin 2 and Northern Juniors.

The afternoon is rounded off at 5:30pm with the Ladies' Northumbria Cup Final between University Ladies 1 and Northern Ladies 1, and the Men's Northumbria Cup Final between Northern 1 and University 1.

There is normally a great atmosphere for these finals, with free entry throughout and also to the annual League Presentations which will start around 8pm at the conclusion of the matches. Certificates will be presented to all divisional winners and runners-up, 'players of the division' (see details here), most prolific player and overall player of the season, and trophies and medals to all cup winners and runners-up. There will be an opportunity to look back on the 2025/26 season and forward to the 2026 Summer League.

This rounds off three days of cup squash at the Northumberland Club, who also hosted the Ladies' and Men's Northumbria Cup semi-finals on Thu 8th and Fri 9th May respectively.
